We Are Here to Help!
The mission of our office is to support the students, families, and schools of the Center Joint Unified School District.
Our main objectives include, but are not limited to:
~Promote meaningful, productive engagement between the families and community of CJUSD and the schools.
~Support schools with chronic absenteeism mitigation.
~Be a liaison between the families and community and CJUSD

Sacramento County COVID-19 Collaborative (Sac Collab)
Sacramento County COVID-19 Collaborative (Sac Collab)
The Sac Collab is a community partnership supported by Sacramento County Public Health, the Center at Sierra Health Foundation, and many multi-ethnic community-based organizations in Sacramento County.
Resources *bracketed in asteriks* are only available to those that are currently in active isolation (COVID-19 positive) or quarantine (a close contact of someone with COVID-19):
* Prepared meals from local restaurants for two weeks (breakfast and dinner). This typically takes at least a week from submission to receive the first delivered meal.*
* Groceries from Raley’s (limit of $180 and only one order per household). This typically is fulfilled within 24 hours.*
* Food boxes (non-perishable food). This typically is fulfilled within 24 hours.*

Referral to Sacramento Covered for health insurance/CalFresh enrollment
Assistance in vaccine appointment scheduling
If you are interested in receiving a referral to Sac Collab, please contact the Student & Family Support Services Office or the Student and Family Engagement Office and we will help you with the referral.
