The mission of the Center Joint Unified School District Student & Family Support Services Office is to help eliminate barriers to school success and help ensure a positive outcome for every CJUSD student by serving and supporting students, families, and schools through equitable access to services, resources, and referrals that are integrated, comprehensive, and responsive to the identified needs.

By working in partnership with state and community agencies and the school community, the Student & Family Support Services Office will be a viable and sustainable resource of equitable access to support and services meeting the needs of students, families, and schools, by connecting students and families to relevant services, resources, support, and referrals.
The Student & Family Support Services Office will collaborate with the school community to facilitate and coordinate appropriate and equitable supports and services for all students; share best practices, provide technical assistance and trainings involving the education of Foster Children and Youth and Students Experiencing Homelessness; and provide program support focused on social-emotional and mental well-being, strengthening school climate and culture, and educational enhancement opportunities.

Mental Health: Our partnership with Care Solace ensures that mental health support is available 24/7/365. Their Care Companions offer confidential assistance in finding the mental health resources you need. Visit caresolace.com/cjusd for more information.
Food Access (June): Center Joint USD is offering FREE Summer Meals for children with no application required! Meals must be consumed on-site at the following locations, Monday through Friday, June 2nd through June 30th (no meals served on June 19th):
Wilson C. Riles Middle: 4747 PFE Rd, Roseville (Breakfast 8:45-9:15, Lunch 11:30-12:30)
Dudley Elementary: 8000 Aztec Way, Antelope (Breakfast 8:30-9:00, Lunch 11:30-12:30)
Cyril Spinelli Elementary: 3401 Scotland Dr, Antelope (Breakfast 8:30-9:00, Lunch 11:30-12:30)
Additionally, the Student and Family Support Services food pantry will be open through June 13th, and our partner North Highlands Christian Food Distribution is available Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at 8155 Watt Ave.
Student Transportation: The new RydeFreeRT transit cards, valid from June 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, provide FREE SacRT access for students in TK-12th grade. Contact the Student and Family Support Services office at 916-338-6387 for details.

Sacramento Regional Transit
With RydeFreeRT, students in transitional kindergarten through 12th grade can ride the entire SacRT transit network for free. The program includes SacRT buses, light rail and SmaRT Ride on-demand microtransit services. The RydeFreeRT program is available for any youth that live or go to school within SacRT’s service area, which includes the cities of Sacramento, Elk Grove, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova and parts of Sacramento County.
