An independent study program is offered for students in grades 7-12.  Limited spaces are available, and a waiting list is maintained.  

 

The independent study program is administered entirely online.  Students will complete their independent work using a standards-based online program.

 

For students with exceptional needs, the student’s individualized education program (IEP) must specifically provide for independent study before the pupil can participate. 

 

While in independent study, if you wish to have your child return to in-person classes, you may notify your home school site administrator, and arrangements will be made to have your child return to in-person instruction  

 

Parents or guardians must request a pupil-parent-educator conference with their home school site administrator if they want to learn more about the independent study program or enroll their student(s).
