Recent Air Quality and Outdoor School Activities

August 7, 2018 CJUSD Families and Friends, During this time of poor air quality in California, our school administration and staff will be monitoring the local air quality index to determine safe levels of student activity outdoors each day. If the county and/or local air quality is unsafe for outdoor activities, we will shift our PE classes and other outside activities to be held indoors. CJUSD staff is always diligent about monitoring student needs, and will continue to keep careful watch over our students during this time. If your student has allergies, asthma, or other medical conditions that are aggravated by the poor air quality, please contact your school office so we can ensure their safety. Staff within CJUSD schools are committed to student safety and success. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local school office.
