CERTIFICATED SUBSTITUTE

Regular Daily Rate: Full Day = $210.00; Half Day = $115.00

Long Term Rate: Full Day = $329.73; Half Day = $174.86

CERTIFICATED SUBSTITUTE RATE FOR CERTIFICATED EMPLOYEES WHO RETIRED FROM CENTER JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

Regular Daily Rate: Full Day = $285; Half Day = $150

Long Term Rate: Full Day = $380; Half Day = $200

CERTIFICATED SUBSTITUTE BONUS

$750 bonus paid for 65 or more assignments taken and completed between 8/1/24 and 12/31/24 (75% of semester).
$750 bonus paid for 71 or more assignments taken and completed between 1/1/25 and 6/30/25 (75% of semester).

CLASSIFIED SUBSTITUTE

Step 1 on the Classified Hourly Wage Schedule of the classification range substituted in.

CLASSIFIED SUBSTITUTE RATE FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES WHO RETIRED FROM CENTER JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

Step 6 on the Classified Hourly Wage Schedule of the classification range substituted in.

CLASSIFIED SUBSTITUTE BONUS:

$750 bonus paid for 65 or more assignments taken and completed between 8/1/24 and 12/31/24 (75% of semester).
$750 bonus paid for 71 or more assignments taken and completed between 1/1/25 and 6/30/25 (75% of semester).

--Long Term daily rate is calculated as the same daily rate for Step 1 Column 1 of the Certificated Salary Schedule.

--Long term is defined as 20 or more consecutive days in the same classroom assignment, paid retroactively to the first day of the assignment.

*Contracted hourly rate for certificated employees is $47.10
