cOMMUNITY PARTNERS INCLUDE CATALYST KIDS, NORTH HIGHLANDS RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT, RIGHT AT SCHOOL, AND SUNRISE RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT.

ENROLLMENT PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING STUDENTS: FOSTER YOUTH, STUDENTS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS, AND STUDENTS QUALIFYING FOR FREE/REDUCED PRICE LUNCH SERVICES. STUDENTS IN ADDITION TO THESE PRIORITY GROUPS WILL BE PLACED AS SPACE IS AVAILABLE.

*Registration forms are currently being collected for the 2023-2024 school year program.

Please use the links below.

Step 1:

Submit a Registration Form for the ELOP at your students' school

Step 2:

Service providers will reach out to registered families as space becomes available

Step 3:

Complete enrollment paperwork and orientations with the service provider.

A receipt email will be sent upon registration. This is NOT confirmation of enrollment. Students who transfer schools will need to re-register. Students who leave are not guaranteed space in the program.

The program prioritizes TK-6 unduplicated students. Once all unduplicated students are offered access, other students who expressed interest but are not unduplicated students can register. Students will be contacted based on the date and time of their interest application. Please note that some students may be added to a waitlist due to workforce shortages until staffing increases. Once staffing increases, students on the waitlist can enroll in the ELOP.

Additionally, due to staffing shortages and limited space, some sites are not able to offer programming to TK students. We hope to resolve this issue in the very near future.
